Narek grew up around art, spending nine years at the Atanian Art Center developing an eye for proportion and composition that still shapes his work today. He went on to study at Woodbury University, graduating with honors in Architecture, where his instinct for design intuition began to take a more disciplined, technical shape.
He founded SA Designs on a simple conviction: that a home is one of the most personal things a person will ever commission, and it deserves the same attention as any serious work of art. That standard has carried through every project since, starting with his earliest custom homes across Los Angeles County.
Over the past decade, that standard has held across a wide range of site conditions, hillside lots, tight urban infill, ground-up construction, and multifamily projects, each one demanding its own design response.
